內閣傳改組？ 賴揆：現階段不談改組
【台灣醒報記者譚有勝台北報導】賴內閣傳將改組？繼日前傳出民進黨立委管碧玲將接任教育部長一職後，府院10日傳出要一併進行內閣「微調」，包括內政部、交通部、法務部等首長都傳出異動。行政院長賴清德在災害應變中心表示，因為瑪莉亞颱風來襲，政府忙於處理防颱工作，「現階段並沒有內閣改組與否的問題」，暗示颱風結束後，未來內閣可能會改組。
繼日前傳出管碧玲將接任教育部長後，府院近日傳出要一併進行內閣改組，包括內政部長葉俊榮、交通部長賀陳旦、法務部長邱太三等重要部會首長都傳出有所異動。行政院長賴清德10日視導「瑪莉亞颱風中央災害應變中心」受訪時表示，因瑪莉亞颱風來襲，目前沒有一件事情比做好防颱準備更重要，「現階段沒有內閣改組與否的問題。」
賴清德也指出，為因應瑪莉亞颱風，內政部9日下午已開設二級中央災害應變中心，並在昨晚上升為一級，希望各地方政府也能盡早做好防颱準備工作。他也說，11日清晨1點到6點，是雨量下最大的時候，他請各地方政府，要準備好抽水機、沙包等防颱設備。在颱風期間，特別是風大雨驟時，民眾也不宜外出，以保護自己的安全。
在內閣改組方面，據傳，由於總統府原副秘書長姚人多已轉任海基會副董事長兼秘書長，邱太三可能轉任總統府副秘書長；行政院政務委員兼發言人徐國勇將接掌內政部；行政院發言人職務，將由民進黨原住民不分區立委谷辣斯・尤達卡接任，谷辣斯目前也兼任民進黨發言人。
至於管碧玲接任教育部長，她表示，「高層鎖定我是最適合的人選」。但由於選罷法規定立委出缺需要在3個月內完成補選，若管碧玲接任教育部長，最佳的時機便是配合年底大選合併，因此外界推估8月下旬管碧玲才有可能就任教長一職。
行政院發言人徐國勇上週預告，本週應該會公布新任教長人選，但徐國勇本週又表示，目前「並未接獲通報」，但也未否認該訊息。如今，內閣改組因受強颱瑪莉亞影響，政院可能待颱風過後才會對外宣布。
